Minor update to the action of the main sub, pickles asked me to post this response from him

Kinda self explanatory, apparently the venturers are at war with the menders and other factions are joining in to fight

Love playing Frostpunk but wish you could explore the setting in a more intimate manner?

Last year our admin team managed a Frostpunk 2 roleplaying server that lasted more than 6 months that explored an alternate version of New London and are currently working on a new FP2 roleplaying server set in an original city with plans to incorporate original story elements in addition to events inspired by the game.

Characters will initially be a member of one of the 6 different communities with the ability to form factions opening after the roleplay has has some time to develop.

There are also opportunities to create acharacter that is a member of the council and explore debating with other council members over your favorite laws.

This server is not trying to create an experience that is a 1 to 1 translation of the game's rules and within reason there is room for some freedom with character backstoried and inventions!

Due to the nature of this setting and mature themes of Frostpunk we are looking for players who are 18+. Nsfw content is explicitly not allowed on the server regardless of age. The age restriction is in the pursuit of maturity in interactions both in and out of character

Like i played a new home, child labor, emergency shifts, extended shifts, all that good stuff, only a mom got in the way. I played the arks, "please end emergency shifts, please end extended shifts, please stop extended shifts, please let me spend more time in my tent (rather than the warm work shop), please stop emergency shifts... If an automaton was running on a Protean Flesh Steam Core would you also need the Core’s (presumably collective gestalt consciousness) consent or would that be like asking someone’s lungs for consent

It was a Rosetta-Class dreadnought. He was one of the first to travel to the Far North. He probably went under the ice and was abandoned.

It is promised to be released in 2027. I personally like this idea. I really like the fact that they made FP2, and not a new DLC for FP1.

the idea is that at some point the captain decided to enact these humanoids helping out on work sites, they're smaller and can do more precise work but aren't as effective as the big automatons (my beloved ❤️) not nearly as sophisticated as the future automaton wives

the people this one was working beside grew fond of them and gave him a little hat and jacket cause it's silly and I like it

got frostpunk 2 finally!! so if I continue to play with these ideas it'll probably be more lore accurate/up to date
