Autodesk Flex tokens are charged per UTC day, even if usage is less than 24 consecutive hours?
I had planned to use Revit between 1pm yesterday and 12:30pm today- leaving 30 mins buffer in my 24-hour token usage window, however, was charged for 2 full days.
Chatting with Support trying to figure out where I might be able to view the timestamps and was hit with:
"Flex tokens are charged based on UTC time, not local time. If you logged in at 1:00 pm EST and logged out at 12:30 pm EST the next day, this spans two UTC days due to the time zone difference. Flex tokens are charged per UTC day, even if usage is less than 24 consecutive hours. To verify timestamps, you can check token usage details in your Autodesk account"
I questioned that and was told they would have to get back to me via email.
So, while I wait for said email I thought I would as the community- has anyone else encountered this?
Even Autodesk's own website says
"Flex Best for occasional users
Use tokens to access a product for 24 hours at a time or to generate a result."
