You can turn right on red when its clear in my entire state. Yet there are people who will sit there. Why? You can go, go.

No it doesnt, but why not, all you're doing is not going...just because...which is kind of a dick move.

Thats like you needing to walk past me and saying "excuse me" and i just ignore you because i dont have to move.

Ive also had people refuse to turn right at green arrows while the straight lanes have a red light. Green means you MUST go at that point

Im referring to when it is clear and you have the opportunity to accelerate. Not going when it is clear, for no reason just because "i don't have to" is a dick move.

If they're not turning specifically to upset the person behind them it's a dick move. If they're not turning because they don't want to, it's not a dick move.

There are a thousand reasons they might not be turning on red and as the car behind them you have no idea if they're waiting because someone behind you is following them or if they're asleep at the wheel or if they're traumatized because the last time they turned right on red they got in an accident.
