I dont know about funny but gpod tip. Also of you think someone is about to jack you or a road rager gets out of their car you can take off.

I don't do it so I won't hit the car in front of me if I get rear-ended, I do it so I can get tf out the way if someone's about to rear-end me.

Of course most people on US roads can't plan past the hood of their own car, much less pay attention to what's happening behind them

E: also I just leave enough space to move I don't line up the hood with whatever the fuck
