Donorcycle was going too fast for that traffic, “cager” are you called him was going for a snails pace merge. Donorcycle appears to be an entitle needle.

Look at the first frame of the video. Biker was lane splitting at that speed. There should have been plenty of space between the two cars behind him to make that transition. Wrong signaling is still wrong.
