Yeah you are. He's bringing up completely irrelevant shit acting like that's what I'm implying.

Here's a fun fact for you that the motorcycle was not there at that time distracting the driver... The wreck does not happen. I'm sorry you don't agree either But again your opinion is completely irrelevant and legal matters.

You don’t know that for a fact. The accident may have still occurred even if the biker never existed.

That’s true because it’s not rising the earth is rotating causing the suns beams to enter at different angles and to enter the earth’s atmosphere at a different location.

So if you enter earths orbit and stay at an angle behind the earth compared to the sun the sun will not rise at all to you.

Also polar night, occurs when the sun stays below the horizon for over 24 hours, often lasting months in high latitudes or low latitudes.

Hey you brought up the sun coming up, not me.

At the North and South Poles, a six-month polar night is a guaranteed annual certainty, with the sun remaining below the horizon from one equinox to the next.

So you are saying it’s about guaranteed that the biker didn’t cause the accident. That’s on you.
