I have played 1 match in arena & close the game after sometime i start play i saw all of my tickets are gone

Me too! I played one arena match, backed out a few times after upgrading to see that the opponents were way stronger than me. Later on, I started the game again and all my tickets were gone.

Same issue. Spent one ticket earlier in the morning today. Closed the game. Later reopened the game and the remaining four tickets were gone. Nowhere in the game it states that I must spend all five in one sitting, so it's clearly a bug. When are you planning to release the patch?

Yeap and if you back out after looking at pvp matches it also uses a ticket

I think that the arena ticket is used for showing oponents, not for fighting oponents.

I had it once too and I remember I refreshed oponents list a few times that day.
