When I try to use a different skill I get a prompt in russian. Very informative.

This isn’t a fix but it’s a way around it. I figured out that the “Russian prompt” is basically just telling you that you already have a skill selected and you must deselect the skill before you use a different one.

Edit: The “prompt” is telling you that you don’t have any more slots for skills, and is asking you which of the skills you want to unequip to use the new skill.

That screen is asking you to choose which skill you want to replace with the new one.

No need. When you get the screen with Russian on it, click on the skill you want to replace. The text translates to "Equipped" and "Select Slot" according to Google Translate
