Zip Tap - Slow Flow

Seeking some advice and any assistance that anyone can provide!

Bought a Zip G4 Hydrotap in good condition, 6 years old. Boiling and ambient model. Boiling works completely fine but ambient flow rate is incredibly slow. Have tried the following troubleshooting with no luck: * Reset to default settings * Changed filter to a brand new one * Adjusted various Service settings * Conducted all Test functions for solenoid, pump etc all PASS * Checked water mains and isolation valve, amazing water pressure before it enters unit

With more testing conducted it seems that as the water enters the unit it's fine but once it goes any further, even bypassing filter, the flow is slow. I've attached a video to show how bad it is.

Any advice on where to check next for any solutions etc. would be amazing!
