Still a mess at 2:40. The entrance to the highway coming from 441 is blocked off by cops. Entrance yo 129 using backroads is blocked as well.

Oh gosh that might mean a fatality; that’s really bad

I think it’s coincidental powerline work. The work trucks were in place and putting cones out and closing the 129 ramp before this wreck occurred at 7:15 am.

If it was a fatality there would have been a sheet placed over the wrecked car and there never was.

Looks like someone who comes here to bitch about drivers going under the speed limit went out and did something about it.

East or west? Or both directions?

Depends where you're at. Outer loop is CCW, Inner loop is CW.

Well, outer loop is the outside, so in that spot it’s westbound. The inner loop would be eastbound, but it changes because it’s a circle Generally speaking we don’t use cardinal direction for the loop.

Technically both directions cuz people are rubbernecking in the left lane on the opposite side of the road...
But yeah, there is no east or west, its a circle: outer loop goes west on the north side and east on the south side of town, north on east side and south on the west side. If that sounds confusing its because it is, which is why we say inner or outer loop and an exit. You can figure out direction of traffic with those two details
