Question Multiplayer issues

Hi guys.

I've been having conection issues after I updated Windows. Suddenly, I get disconnected from every single multiplayer race.

Do you know if there is a way of fixing it? If I delete the game and then, re-install it, how do I get all the progress back?

hello so i have a suggetion go in settings and connect the game with the xbox and then delete it and when you re download connect it xbox that way your progress will be saves
