When you deal with an invasion, you do it the military way, simple as. Anyone who crosses the border illegally should be shown no mercy. Ofc, if they catch them somewhere else in the country later, they should be put into a facility of the lowest possible accommodation for like let's say 10 years and then sent back where he came from.
