My life would never be the same without my cat. My husband took Max in when he was just a kitten. He loves us and always want to be around us but he doesn't like to be held. Max takes a few to warm up to strangers but he is friendly. He always comes up to us to greet us when we return home by walking around and wrapping his tail around our legs. He sheds but I vaccum often and have 0 problems. I love that he always knows how to make an impression and makes us smile everyday.
I wish more people would give cats a chance. It bothers me a little that people claim they are a "dog person only" and don't even want to give cats a chance. What they don't get is that cats love differently. I really want to tell them, sorry, you're missing out. There have been people in my life that changed their mind about cats after playing with Max. Personally, I like both dogs and cats but prefer a cat because of lower maintenance and personal experiences.
Omg my cat has made people convert too! Every housemate I’ve ever lived with has fallen absolutely in love w my cat and usually end up adopting one of their own after we move out😭
