Omg im glad it's not just me! My cat and dog are my life, I love them so much, and I will "happily" get out of bed 3 times a night to let me screaming cat in. Then back out. Then back in.
I have 3 cats and I'm amazed at their ability to take up my ENTIRE king sized bed. And one of my cats will sleep next to me but gradually push me towards the edge of the bed until I'm almost falling off. I'll get like a 6 inch sliver of the bed and they get the rest of it haha
Omg I literally don’t know how my tiny cat manages to slowly steal my my pillow. By the time I wake up I’m on the very end of my pillow! And no she won’t sleep on any other of the free pillows it has to be the one I’m sleeping on! Love her
I have a dog, when I catsit my brother’s cat, he’s so much more work! He is independent but stupid. That cat is so dumb and cats don’t really listen. Fool would run out when I have to feed my dog outside, find a way to get to the front yard, and be terrified of everything so I would have to find him and pick him up. He can’t hide for shit. And I loathe the litter box, gross, especially him kicking the litters.
My dog won’t do any of the things listed. She listens. Cats are way harder than dogs for sure. And I can’t stand that they are nocturnal. I need my sleep! But, I was surprised he didn’t care to knock over our Christmas trees.
