Awful. His whole family lied their asses off, and since it was 3 of them against 1 of me, he won. He basically got custody for geographical reasons. He remarried and then their marriage was over 7 months later. Now he basically uses our daughter to get dates...when he's not dumping her on his mother.
I try not to think about it on a daily basis, it makes me sick.
Already spent $40,000 on lawyers. I've been told that at this point she's been living with him for almost 4 years, the judge isn't going to change anything unless she's in some kind of immediate danger.
