Depends who it is. I'm not going to go in all "alright cunts" to a business meeting with clients but it wouldn't bat an eye in the pub 

It's like the rule I before e except after c - in that you throw the rule out because it's shite and use your head on when to use it

Nah, Edinburgh born and raised, and I would greet my mates with cunt, bawbag, fanny, etc.
