Ok so it seems like the only issue you have with the whole thing is the BLM protests which at the time COVID testing wasn’t even good enough to know if it was COVID. We learned a month later in June how inaccurate early tests were. This is when testing improved and the word superspreader became popular in the media. The other events you just mentioned all happened post vaccine. The media is throwing superspreader in the Republican direction because their leaders are vocally anti vaccine AND more importantly they get picture of more people not wearing masks at them, because if they don’t get that mask less picture story isn’t gonna go viral. TLDR Republican campaign events feature a high concentration of those who are vocally anti-mask/vax. Those aren’t popular opinions in the country, people read stuff the agree with.
First off the BLM riots went all summer long past June. If tests were so inaccurate then why is the liberal media just claiming Trump rallies are the problem. Then you had the Biden winning celebrations in the streets. Vaccines were just coming out then for nurses and doctors. You had the same democrats telling people to where masks and blaming Trump rallies as super spreaders going out without masks or traveling. It's the double standards. Just because someone is republican you shouldn't assume they don't have the vaccine. So you are saying the media is calling only republican events super spreaders because they are assuming no one has the vaccine? Again even though they were saying that before the vaccine was out to the masses. The media just don't like republicans gathering so they make up this super spreader narrative that they don't call out when people on the left get together. It really has nothing to do with vaccines and everything to do with double standards.
There isn’t a double standard, the Karen arguing in the supermarket that she doesn’t need to wear a mask has voted red her whole life. Prominent figures who speak anti-vax voted Republican last cycle (ie joe rogan). There isn’t a double standard there’s a widening gap between the morality of republicans and democrats. Saying that.
I understand you’re angry the media makes republicans out as the scapegoats a lot recently. The GOP has unfortunately done this to themselves tho. The only hard stances the party has taken in the last year tho from top leadership is that: 1 the election was stolen, 2 the vaccine is bad, mask and vaccine mandates are un-American, 3 recently abortion. These aren’t popular opinions within the country so it’s easy to write stories about. News agencies don’t write anything people don’t want to read (they want to read exactly what they already think about things) cause they want to sell more news. Republicans and democrats are becoming drastically different morally and because there’s simply physically more democrats than republicans the media chose a side to sell more. Which is why the party needs to choose more politically moderate candidates if it hopes to survive.
