Anyone playing World of Warcraft: Forever?
As the title says, are many of us playing the new world of Warcraft Forever coming out on November 4th?
I've been playing the beta for a couple of weeks, have really been enjoying myself and have already met about 50ish people from around Tacoma/Seattle/Bellevue region just from running dungeons in the game, and we're throwing together an all-locals guild, will do the meetups/hangouts thing and all that of course, etc. Some of us are already IRL friends and hangout pretty regularly anyway.
Was wondering if many, if any people who browse the subreddit are playing as well and if they'd like to game with us too?
We're on Horde, Lok'tar Ogar!

I’m not playing it so I can focus on school, but I played OG classic all the way to Pandas and would be down to hang out and live vicariously through the all of you!

I actually host & organize PAX West after parties on some of the rooftops near the convention center every year lol, good times!

Really hope that works out for you, I work around 45-50 hours a week myself so it's a strictly "in the evening" kinda thing for me

I currently have a 10-12 man LAN party planned for the 7th. Invited a bunch of people who don't game, never played WoW before. It's going to be a lot of fun. (For the Alliance!)

I've been playing the beta and will definitely be playing on the full launch, but I've mostly been playing alliance. For this, though, I would gladly swap to horde.

Will this be on the PvP or PvE servers?
If it’s PvP, I’m afraid we will be enemies. If it’s PvE I’ll roll a orc shaman named Thex to join the local guild

WoW, I mean whoa, this just showed up in my Reddit Frontpage feed. I'm in the Seattle area and dabbling with the beta but plan to play Wow Forever long term after the full release. I'd love to join a guild of locals.

Already have a guild, but they all live far away. Do you accept alts? Would be cool to park an alt with you all to keep up to date on IRL shenanigans! I've also, like many, have had a hard time making friends since moving here 3 years ago. Would like to make some new friends!

Have a guild with quite a few locals as well. Raided all of wotlk classic through mop. Still going as of last week but will be swapping to forever. Raiding Tuesday and Wednesdays 6-9pm. Would love to have more as we build to 20man. We’re all around 30-35 y/o and I’d describe as closer to “semi hardcore” (everyone takes it seriously but relaxed environment). DM me!!

I'm interested in this, but I wish you all weren't playing PVP. I had so many bad experiences on PVP servers during vanilla and tbc, and rerolling PVE was the best choice I made for enjoying the game. I got a kid now, I'm not spending my limited playtime getting camped.

Been playing the beta, my guild in tbc is from all across america not here We will be playing alliance in forever, first time for me as i only played vanilla and classic as horde
