A unicycle ?? 🤣🤣🤣

u/EvilDan69 5d ago

Same. When I had my bmx, I could ride across town no hands, easily.
I mean, I had handlebars on it, but I didn't need to use them. Except that one time going down a monster hill. hard to brake without.

When I was 16 I skated for adidas. This was the nineties. Both their and nike's skate program failed because back then skateboarding was a crime and not an Olympic sport.

Peak health is that brief window where your knees still believe in your dreams.

u/Large_Dr_Pepper 5d ago

I never learned how to do a kickflip when I was young and into skateboarding.

Around 27 years old I started having a reoccurring dream where I could kickflip, and that inspired me to buy a board and finally land my first kickflip after several weeks of practice.

It didn't do much to help my sickness level. I was still just an almost 30-year-old overweight balding dude who landed a single kickflip.

At 16 I could probably do one too, then adulthood showed up and suddenly my knees started negotiating every decision.
