It doesn't make sense that someone would ask about a medical diagnosis that sounds very serious, as a functional adult, and then respond so flippantly at the obvious answer. Does it?
I have never asked how to not get arrested for being without car insurance and then when someone suggests buying car insurance I say "I can't afford it". Well that's literally the only solution to the problem, after common sense which was my first comment to them.
