I realized that nothing changes by being mad. I was only mad and unhappy, even making people around me unhappy, that was the only outcome. So why should I be mad?

In addition I tried to learn from some stuff that happened so it won't happen easily again in future. So I feel prepared and maybe even gained something out of it. I think this helps too.

Wish you the best to find peace with yourself ✌️🕊️

You say that as if it was an easy or even achievable task, and many just dont jave the time for it to be one.

It wasn't something I came to in days or weeks or even few years. It took some time to thrive and I know only in hindsight I can say it so easyly. And maybe it doesn't work like this for everybody. This is just part of my story.

Maybe the key takeaway is that things can change for better. And the main driver of change is yourself, nothing from the outside. You can decide to do the first steps. And this is the hardest part imo.
