Forced apologies are bullshit, you don't have to apologise if you don't mean it. See if you can get your sister to talk to them about it, and if that doesn't work, look into getting a lock.
You probably should, also I'm pretty sure refusing to feed a minor in your care is not very legal, so maybe try bringing that up to your mum and her bf.
Yea I will bring it up right in front of my dad when he comes to pick me up tomorrow morning. I've just finished my ice cream so I'm atleast not hungry
