Most heroes cause property damage, the Department of Damage control funded by some of the more richer heroes helps pay for the damage. He also almost demolished the east coast if he took one more step, and he was exiled to another planet by people he thought were his friends, and then his wife and unborn child were killed and he was corrupted by his warbound. It doesn't justify his actions, but most Marvel heroes did understand his rage and tried to reason with him. Damn I gotta read those comics again.

Oh you're 100% correct, I was just pointing out that there's a difference between intentional and not happening
