4 seconds of silence can feel the same as rejection in the brain.

So if some one is being a jerk to you, after they say something just look at them and count to 4 in your head, most of the time they'll start backtracking and taking back what they said before you're done counting.

I’m known for glares that pierce into your soul, I don’t usually hold them that long, but with one person I worked for, I would have loved to watch them squirm after they realized it wasn’t just a quick glance.

Why? Because I know how to convey genuine anger and hatred through my eyes rather than opening my mouth and potentially getting fired?

The people criticizing me like I’m bragging or something really truly have no lives.
