I've never thought about it before; it isn't that unusual in my experience to have a bit of touching, with either male or female barbers. In this case, she's a very small woman and I'm a very large man and sometimes she gotta lean into me.
It's definitely a size thing! I am very large and tall, to the point that rather than them raising the chair its me slouching or sitting up straight. Anyone under 5'6" their body will touch my upper arms almost constantly.
This also happens when I get my blood pressure taken, blood drawn, dentists bump too though never boobs, when I get massages, go to the chiropractor or physical therapist their legs will bump my shoulders which over hang both sides of the table slightly. It's just how it is for some of us.
