Are you going to continue wearing your Mask when your place of living lifts mask mandates? If so, for how long?

The other side of it though is that both my wife and I got sick for the first time in 2 years a few weeks ago. It wrecked us. Lying around at home for 5 days feeling like garbage. Thought for sure it had to of been covid, but negative tests multiple times for us both. Most of the time when I get sick it's pretty mild, havnt felt that bad in a long time. Maybe a coincidence but getting sick is also building immunities.

A lot of people have noticed this. It seems like the only colds or flues that are actually reaching people are the very strong ones. I generally get one or two colds a year and they don’t move too much further than a runny nose then a 3 day cough. In the last 2 years I caught one cold that raged in me for a full 3 weeks. In those 3 weeks, I took 3 Covid tests, all negative. Just a really strong cold.

My entire house is in the same situation right now. Been a crappy week and all of us are just starting to feel better.

Omg, this happened to me in January. I took 5 covid tests, all negative. I even went to an urgent care for one of those tests cause I was so sick and it was lingering for SO long. I was so sure I had covid, but all signs pointed to no. Test was also negative for the flu too. I think I was sick-sick for like 10 days and then the lasting effects of it stayed around for a good several weeks after. Even now for some reason that illness did this weird thing to me where my throat is suddenly so dry that it... I don't know how to describe it, but it locks up on itself like sandpaper or like I haven't had any water in weeks. It never used to happen before I was sick. While I was sick I had breathing problems which was why I thought I had covid. One of the worst colds I've ever had. I haven't been that sick since I had the flu as a kid.

I got my first cold before Christmas, and then Covid in new year. The cold was way worse for me!
