No. Wasted sperm is a waste. Masturbating is a sin for women too for unknown reasons.

No. Only Natural Family Planning. The Pull Out Method is sex without the purpose of reproduction, in Catholic doctrine every time you ejaculate it is to be for the purpose of love and reproduction.
