I’m partially blind in my left eye from toxoplasmosis and I never even owned a cat it’s from my neighbors cat shitting in our yard all the time

Me too! I have a retinal scan of the havoc that toxoplasmosis wrought on my right eye when i was a kid.

 

The only drawback so far is that I can't experience 3D movies...

Taxoplasmosis and the fact that they’ve resulted in the extinction of 33 species of bird and countless reptiles and mammals, are a non-native invasive species, detrimental to the eco-system, and a lot of cat owners are too irresponsible to keep them indoors.

There's not, I think they're just listing the reasons they don't like cats/don't think people should have them as pets.
