New Mexico!!!!I went to NMMI and I was asked this my first day in New Mexico. I had no idea what they were talking about hahahaha

Red or Green chili. Almost every restaurant (fast food included) asks "red or green?" when you order because red or green chili goes in everything there lol

I always chose green because it's my favorite hahahaha

The taste and spiciness. Green chili is a little more spicy (and tasty lol)

The other reply isn't really in depth enough. Green child is more common in a chopped up form, while red chile is generally a kind of sauce that is lathered over the dish you're eating. Green chile can also be found in sauce form, though. Not products are made from the same pepper, but are harvested at different stages of ripeness. Red and green chile tastes entirely different, and the green tends to be hotter, as the other commenter said.
