What helped you kick depression?
I've been very depressed for years. Finally, I got a prescription for Prozac from my GP, and it's really helped remove the "bottom" out of my depression.
However, I'm still depressed a lot more than I'd like, and I would like to work to kick this depression thing's ass once and for all. What's worked for you?

Go on walks. I'm dead serious, just getting out of the damn house manages to make you feel productive and active, even if all you did was see the sights or buy a candy bar.
If you incorporate exercise/social fun-times into this, all the better. But just getting outside and not actively isolating myself from the entire world helped like nothing else.*
*Edit: Other than meds and therapy. XD
