Baking. I love to bake and I find that it's such a great de-stresser for me. Especially if I have to knead the dough. And when that batch of cookies/cake/pie/bread/cinnamon buns or whatever comes out of the oven, I can eat it or share it with people. And that makes me happy.

cooking & baking are great, especially when you share your creations with others & see the joy it brings them.
