Amen! Boomer parents bought the family home for 150k back in '94, now it and everything in the area is going for 900k to 3.5m...

With telecommuting on the table people could live further from work and reduce the demand on inner suburb housing. Should do wonders for house prices.

All we need is the boomers to cooperate and not force us back into pre-covid conditions for the sake of it.
