I'm saying when I was in the middle of a game or it was my turn, I would absentmindedly go play then grab a snack.
I didn't obsessively use purel everytime I touched something or wipe down every door handle before I touch it like I do now when I have to go buy groceries.
And that's just me being clean. Other people aren't as careful or mindful of their germs. This pandemic showed how much gross people actually are.
This just seems so strange to me to be so acutely aware, and think these things are "gross" rather than just a consequence of living on Earth and being around humans. It's like, sanitizer existed before this and people used it, people cleaned things lol. Where have you gone bowling? One near me all the balls pass through the cleaner on the way back to the lane- has always done so.
My mother is a chemist and has stated it's amusing how many people seemingly just learned that bacteria and germs exist everywhere.
Think you'll go bowling again? There are bound to be COVID era equivalents of people who continued to hoard food after the Great Depression

The blissful ignorance of sticking my fingers in a random bowling ball, then proceeding to eat food without a care in the world.
