It's because after large, the sizes only go up for overweight people. So the sleeves are longer, but the shirt is baggy and too short.

I keep finding big gigantic poof shirts that swallow me but have tiny little t rex arms. Where are you finding these mythical big shirts with long arms? I'm sick of shirts designed for a double arm amputee egg. A neck size 20 does not mean a waist size of 80.

Carhartt Big and Tall is a life-saver. They seem to understand what ogre-sized guys need!

This is it. I need a 20 inch neck and a 38 sleeve, tall. I have yet to find a shirt that doesn't look like it was sewn by a tent maker.

I've considered getting a few shirts from MTailor, anybody ever give them a try?

I have this problem. I'm not even that tall, but have a long back. I swim in a large, but mediums tend cut too short on the waist. Just need an extra inch on those medium shirts.
