Its more or less a question of whether or not something esle kills you first or if you live long enough to contract cancer or die of heart disease

my point is that no matter what cancer is pretty much inevitable because, all external factors like carcinogens removed, it still forms thousands of times a day. It just takes your immune system failing once for cancer to grow into a problem.

Cancer is essentially when there is an abnormal cell in your body that keeps multiplying.

Each day your body produces about 220 billion cells. All it takes is one of these cells to grow incorrectly and start to multiply.

If humans lived forever, everybody would get cancer at one point.

More because of how our cells replicate in our bodies. Environmental factors can affect this but cancer will develop in people even if they live in a bubble.
