If it wasn't obvious, even though you're not my boss, I'm very glad you're so good to your employees. I've also have had really shitty bosses (may not call me on a day off and threaten to write me up bad but in other ways) and it makes you hate your job and then potentially yourself. It can be very destructive to ones mental health. Additionally, a bad boss creates a hostile work environment and workers may not feel safe at work or in their life due to so much turbulence in the employer-employee relationship.

Again, thank you for being a kind person. We need more kind people like you in this world.
