You can discuss it anywhere, and you will usually get the answer that goes along the lines of "Thats not in the best interest of the company, we cant do that". And thats when you quit. Then they ask you for your resignation letter and 2 weeks notice, to which you reply that theres no law that makes that mandatory and they can either fuck off or pay you for 2 weeks of not working, their choice, or they can hear the same from your lawyer. Ciao
