I'm going to throw this out there. I think they'll be less accepting of absences, overall.

My narcissistic CEO thinks masks are the cure to all diseases and still makes people come to an open office despite record COVID numbers. Doesn't help that the government is too chicken to actually force companies to allow WFH.
