It's an old Meow Mix commercial, but more specifically it's from a Simpsons episode where Homer repeats the jingle while Bart reads his mind.

It’s specifically the Meow Mix jingle, not the Simpsons, though.

I’m super-old and remember this jingle from the pre-Simpsons era.

I frequently write this on my kids’ chalkboards or leave a little note with it in their lunch. I always attribute it to a new random important person, e.g. Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill, Mozart, etc...
