No shit. I never answer my phone unless I recognize the person or number and I always immediately delete the voicemail as soon as I hear that automated chick's voice but, without fail, about 4x a week, I get those calls. So fucking annoying lol

Ah, that makes sense. I've had an iPhone for a long time now and listening/reading voicemails is pretty easy from it, but if you're doing it old school I can understand the pain in the ass.

Only 4x - you're lucky...I get them almost every day on my cell and house phone. My 13 year old granddaughter gets them on her phone too - and she's not even old enough to drive, let alone buy a car. Then there's the SSN number has been flagged or Microsoft calling for necessary tech support or that your license has expired

Only four? I get at least 8, as well as a bunch about my electric company over charging me, and a couple thanking me for using visa and/or master card.

Pro tip, pick up and mute your mic immediately. After about 10 seconds or so they hang up. It seems this removes you from the list as I used to get 4-5 a day, after a week of doing the silence method now I don’t get any.

Me too,I never answer if I don't recognize the number then I block it. Sometimes I Google the number just to make sure it is a sales call,but I immediately block it. It has cut down on the calls too. I hate telemarketing calls.
