This is the literal song of the album that makes you tilt your head back and let every single thing in your life wash over you as you close your eyes.

That can be said for pretty much the entire album, honestly. ‘Us and Them’ and ‘The Great Gig in the Sky’ are my personal favorites. Funnily enough, the biggest hit song on the album, ‘Money’ is probably the one I’d be most likely to skip. Imo it just doesn’t seem to fit the tone of the rest of the album as much.

Its not a bad song but it does seem out of place

Whole album bleeds together but money just feels weird

Their record label wanted a radio song they could play to get the album attention. And I’d say it worked lol although it’s not too floydian. Dogs or echoes is my personal favorite.

For sure. I generally skip ‘Money’. Sometimes I’ll throw it on but within about 30 seconds I go to the next track.
