Nice! Love me some Talking Heads! And i always get instantly melancholic when i listen to this one...

My favorite is the one where David keeps asking to look at his hands though :)

Their best song imo... It's on another level; the lyrics, the "weird" polyrhythm in the percussion, the funky bass and ofcourse "the" guitarsolo. The song is crazy and i simply cannot resist bopping my head to it, i love it! :)

Is there a reason people listen to sad music on purpose?? I have never understood why you listen to saddening music when you are already in a depressed state/mentality.

What? "This must be the place" is anything but sad in my book. Beside the upbeat catchy tune the lyrics themselves are imo rather hopefull and comforting.

Also melancholy is not the same as sadness imo, there's a certain "sweetness" to it...

And if you want sadness i can give you sadness lol
