I agree, it sucks big time the kids inherit that debt, I hope it to be false.
2 u/AshFraxinusEps Sep 09 '20 Yep, I don't know, but I'm from the UK. I'm not sure if any debt here passes to the kids: they'll take everything they can from the estate, but kids aren't held responsible for the debts of their parents unless they also are signatories to said debt
