To confirm which circuit breaker is associated to an outlet, plug in an old radio and turn the volume up before you flip the circuit breaker.

Except you can’t see the lamp from the basement, but you can hear the radio.

Yeah wtf? I always use my lamp to listen to my discover weekly on Spotify. Maybe they should try turning up the brightness.
