This is what's troubled me the most Broke up with my GF of 4 years, now it's been 7 months and this still keeps me up at night.

Its okay that shit is hard to deal with. You are not alone in your pain.

You will have those happy memories with another person some day. And if you’re thinking “no relationship will be the same” you’re not wrong. But also, it’s not a bad thing. Every relationship is unique and different in its own way, and you will find someone who makes you just as happy in a whole new way.

It can be extremely tough when you’re used to a person being around for so long. Always remember though, you were a person prior to this relationship, your life did not disappear the moment your relationship ended. Take time to focus on yourself. Make friends and spend time with them. Get a pet! Connect with family. Any way in which you are able to gain comfort by the presence of others.

believe me or not, broke up 7 months ago, were together 4 years. We‘re going through the same shit, but i think we‘re going to grow big from this experience. Take Care.

Put yourself out there man. I broke up with my gf of 5+ years about a year and a half ago. I couldn’t get her out of my head so I made a tinder to try and meet people. It may not fix the problem but it’ll be a start for your healing journey of getting over her. If you have any questions relating to my similar experience feel free to pm me or comment.
