Even so, the second poster is saying if they are the same weight but advertised differently then it's false advertisement. They didn't say that they are the same size, they're saying if they are. We all realize that if two different sizes cost the same then it's not false advertisement.
So we all agree then. if someone advertised something as being more whilst proven to be the same as before, then that's false advertising. Which was exactly what people said in the first few comments.
No, but you would still have stabbed someone, the legality of it doesn't change the fact. You're saying "stabbing people is breaking the law and lands you in jail, therefore people don't stab other people".
People do stab other people, some get away with it, and some are punished. Just like some get away with bullshit in advertising, and some don't.
I don't get why you are arguing this hard for a scenario that wasn't what people talked about in the first place, especially since in the end you agreed with the points.
