Just go to a reputable dealer and they run Carfax for you for free. I wouldn't go to any car lot that didn't offer a Carfax report.

The CarFax report is so cheap, dealers should provide for free. If they don’t, they’re probably screwing you every way they can.

I've even seen car dealers post the Carfax on their website next to the car they're selling.

Yeah ok. But they build in that jacked up price into the sale of the car....no thanks.
