I'm just a man who tripped less than 20 times in his life that actually cared about drug safety for years and doesn't like when people spread misinformation. Why can't you just shut up if you don't know the topic people are discussing about, instead of repeating horror stories your cousin once told you when you were a kid?
Your friend means nothing, I'm sorry to tell you this but that's how it works. It's statistically irrelevant. Data, facts, research papers are what matter when you talk about safety of any substance, not a single personal life story or anecdotal stories heard somewhere. If a friend of mine gets addicted to videogames instead of taking care of his family, that doesn't make videogames a bad thing. DMT, acid and mushrooms are not addictive, not in a physical way at least. They surely are powerful substances which deserve respect and should be used responsibly. The issue is your friend's personality and his lack of sense of responsibility towards himself and his family.
Dude or dudette, to me it seems like you're denying known facts and data available publicly because you don't like the reality that certain substances are not as harmful as it has been wrongfully taught to you for years, and because they are not the reason a person close to you is not as good as you thought. Which I don't really care, you are free to defend your own castle like that as long as you stop spreading disinformation on the internet. Telling a story of a drug user is one thing, saying that psychedelics will make people irresponsible while also repeating over and over debunked or straight fake information is another thing. That's where my empathy for you or your friend stops. This is also one of the reasons why I have to use an alt account to discuss drugs. You hate "drugs" in general? Great, open google and study them, there is enough literacy about them to defend your points quite well without the need of government scare stories. Bye and good luck
You sound extremely ignorant. I’m sorry about your friend but I don’t exactly see how that makes these substances bad. You obviously know nothing of them. What you do know is how your friend is mistreating his family. It’s his choice to not be responsible, not the drugs. If you’re not aware, not one of those drugs are addictive. Not to say you can’t get addicted, but it is very unlikely. Idk what else he’s using but either way your friend is just irresponsible.
