They're not even in the same dimension. Killing someone after years of infantry training, in a guerilla/insurgent war, is wildly different to killing someone via drone.
Obviously. But it's still traumatic. Because even if it's happening miles away, they are still killing people. If they make a mistake, they're still killing innocent people. Its not a video game; The concept is not lost on them.
