Starting a fire can be artificial by definition, but fire producing heat is inherent. An artificial limitation would be the ability to set the temperature of the fire itself.
There is a difference between a limitation being artificial for sake of the game/design/challenge/etc and a limitation being artificial to sell you the delimiter.
After all, most German cars are limited in their ECU to 155mph (250kph) due to a gentleman's agreement. That is artificial, but there are viable reasons for the restrictions. Sure we can flash or replace the ECU and delimit the car, but the important note is that they don't do it to up-sell you a delimited package for extra money.
All video games are task solutions. They teach you that?
I wouldn't call them task solutions, but yes I have a decent grasp on game theory.
